Everything goes through you. It doesn't have to.

Today

Every quote, approval and invoice waits for you.

It works. It only works while you're there.

First · understand

I learn how it really runs.

• moves on its own
• someone moves it
• it waits
• can go wrong

You keep what I write down, whether or not we build anything. See an example.

Then · design and build

I design the system, and build the software it needs.

The process and the tools you already have, set up to work together, and custom software where nothing off the shelf fits. Done when your team runs it without me.

After · care

You check on it. You don't carry it.

A few hours a month keep it current while it beds in. Then it's yours.
